Terms and Conditions – ZX777 Online Gaming Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZX777 online gaming platform, accessible at zx777.vin ("the Platform"). ZX777 operates the Platform and provides online gaming services including Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo and Live Casino.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on the Platform, you confirm that:

To register and maintain an account on ZX777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on ZX777. Where duplicate accounts are identified, they will be merged or closed and any bonuses associated with them will be voided.
• Personal account: Your ZX777 account is personal to you. You may not register on behalf of another person, share your login credentials, or allow any other individual to access or use your account. ZX777 takes no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where a player has shared their login details.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. ZX777 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

ZX777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its standard account management and responsible gaming obligations. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, when a deposit threshold is reached, or at any time at the discretion of ZX777.

Documents that may be requested during the verification process include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits ( a screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account used);

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ZX777 support may result in temporary account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal requests until verification is complete. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on ZX777:

• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method not registered in your own name, is not permitted and may result in the reversal of the deposit and account restrictions.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. This minimum may vary by payment method.
• No third-party deposits: ZX777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit that cannot be matched to the account holder's own registered payment method may be reversed.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your ZX777 account promptly. Bank Transfer deposits may take additional time depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.
• No credit offered: ZX777 does not offer credit facilities of any kind. You may only play with funds that are available in your ZX777 account balance at the time of placing a bet or wager.

Withdrawal requests on ZX777 are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the Withdrawal page. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Pending period: All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review period during which ZX777 may verify the request and confirm account standing. The duration of this period varies and is communicated at the time of the request.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will not be released until any outstanding KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Players are encouraged to complete verification early to avoid delays when withdrawing.
• Wagering requirements: If bonus funds are active on your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and related winnings being removed from the balance.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Validity period: Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the ZX777 system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid, regardless of the intended stake or selection.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Where odds change between the time a player initiates a bet and the time the bet is confirmed, ZX777 will process the bet at the odds displayed at confirmation. Players will be notified where a significant change has occurred.
• Void bets: ZX777 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, match abandonment, technical failures, or where it is determined that a bet was placed on corrupted or manipulated data. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets for Cricket, PSL and other sports are available during active events. In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that the event must progress far enough for the bet to be settled according to its defined terms.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limit applies. This limit is displayed on the Bet confirmation screen and within the full sportsbook rules on the Bet page.

ZX777 offers Slots, Bingo and Live Casino products. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game-specific rules are available within each game's information panel.

• Slots: Slot outcomes are determined entirely by RNG. ZX777 does not influence slot results based on bet size, player history or account status. The theoretical RTP for each title is displayed in its game information section on the Slots page.
• Bingo: Bingo rooms on ZX777 operate on a scheduled session basis. Ball draws are generated by RNG and are independent of ticket sales volume or the number of players in the room. Auto-daub handles card marking automatically, but players remain responsible for monitoring their cards in rooms where manual claim may be required.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Technical disruptions during a live session — caused by the player's internet connection or device — are not grounds for bet refunds where the game round has been completed on the server side. In the event of a server-side technical failure mid-round, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded in full as displayed at the time of the winning trigger. ZX777 does not cap or modify jackpot awards after they have been triggered by a player.

ZX777 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, participate in games or interact with the Platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through known errors must be reported and will not be paid out;
• Coordinating bets with other players in a way designed to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage through account collusion);
• Attempting to manipulate live sports events or game outcomes through any means;
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or to exceed stated betting limits;
• Any activity that ZX777 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering or misuse of the Platform.

ZX777 uses automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns and suspicious account behaviour. Players whose accounts trigger monitoring alerts may be asked to provide additional information before further activity is permitted.

ZX777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Identification of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or association with a third party engaged in such activity;
• At the player's own request, including through a self-exclusion application via Responsible Gaming tools;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure in line with ZX777's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is not related to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing.

• Decisions made by ZX777 in good faith to void bets, close accounts or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where such decisions are made in accordance with these Terms.

ZX777 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZX777 will provide reasonable notice through a notification on the Platform or via the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets placed and deposits made prior to the effective date of an update are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of those transactions.
